Forest Hills

Talk about variety!   Forest Hills is it . . . . . an established neighborhood where you’ll find homes built in the 1960’s and new homes under construction.  Other than Downtown Aberdeen, Forest Hills is the oldest neighborhood in Aberdeen.  Most of the lots in the Neighborhood are at least ½ an acre . . . . . and some are over an acre.   Forest Hills.  There are some new homes in Forest Hills . . . . and even more in the new development next door called Forest Hills Pointe   But the older homes in Forest Hills represent some of the best home values in the area.  The older homes in Forest Hills sell on average for under $80/square foot.

Geography

Forest Hills has a couple of entrances on US 1 (the west side of the road). If you navigate by landmarks, it’s between the Texas Roadhouse steakhouse and Aberdeen Elementary School. Once you turn into the Neighborhood, the streets wind their way back away from US 1.
