No. 6 is not gated, but you’ll notice that entrances are marked by very nice brick entranceways. The houses in No. 6 generally sell for a bit more than the average price in Pinehurst, averaging in the high $200k’s and ranging from the mid $100k’s to over $500k. Like other area neighborhoods, the vast majority of sales are clustered closer to the average.

Although most of the homes are situated on interior lots, there are quite a few Golf Front Homes at Pinehurst No. 6 and even a handful of homes overlooking small lakes or ponds. Inside Pinehurst No. 6, there are also 3 condo/townhome communities if the “low maintenance” idea is appealing to you!! There’s a huge diversity of homes, but most are 3 -4 BR homes clustered around 3,000 sq. ft.
