WHAT ARE THE HOMES LIKE?
First of all, the oldest house in the neighborhood was built in 2006, so the houses are all relatively new.
Most of the homes are between 2,000 and 2,500 square feet. They’ve got nice curb appeal and they are on decent sized lots – several of the lots are close to a full acre!
WHY CABIN BRANCH?
Cabin Branch is a development of newer homes in the $200k’s just outside of Carthage. It’s within walking distance of New Century Middle School and it’s about a 1 minute drive to Union Pines High School.
Cabin Branch is a nice subdivision where you always see folks walking and talking, kids riding their bikes and playing together.
The house prices are very reasonable in this well kept subdivision that was developed in 2006 – so as of 2016 it’s barely 10 years old. From Cabin Branch, it takes 10-15 minutes to get to Vass where Lobelia Rd crosses over US 1 (for those interested in the commute time to Ft Bragg).
