These are mostly 4 BR homes from 3,000 to 3,500 sq. ft. and they are all two story homes with 2 car garages.
Our agents love showing these houses – they have great kitchens and open floor plans … and most have a bonus room above the garage.  The lots are also nice – all about ½ acre or just a little more.

The Meadows at Farm Life is a new development of homes near Carthage in the $250k- $350k price range. And by new … we mean new.
The Subdivision opened up in 2013.  It’s very close to Farm Life Elementary, New Century Middle School and Union Pines High School.   Actually, although it’s got a Carthage address, it’s actually a little closer to Whispering Pines.
In any event, we love the neighborhood because our buyers get a lot of house for their money. It’s not a bad commute to Ft Bragg either. From the neighborhood, it takes 10 minutes or less to get to Vass, where Lobelia Rd crosses over US 1.
