Queens Cove

Queens Cove is small neighborhood in Whispering Pines about 2 ½ miles East of the Whispering Pines traffic circle.  The community is in the Farm Life School District.  You’ll find a fair number of single level homes along with some newer 2 story homes. This neighborhood is a good one if you’d like to stay well under the $300K mark for a newer home in Whispering Pines within a reasonable commute to Fort Bragg.

WHAT ARE THE HOMES LIKE?

Homes in Queens Cove are mostly 3 and 4 BR homes ranging from 2,000 – 3,200 sq ft. in size.  Prices are primarily clustered in the $200k’s with an average of about $250K. The oldest houses in the neighborhood were built around 2007, and there have been a number of new homes built in the community since 1997, with a surge of building in 2012-2013 before some of the newer subdivisions came along.

Privacy and great neighbors in Princess Gate, which is right next door!  PLUS, it’s really close to Thaggards Lake.
