Seven Lakes North There are some other small lakes in the community where you can paddle or fish, but Lake Sequoia at 220 acres and Echo Lake (90 acres), are the largest lakes. There are quite a few lakefront homes on Sequoia and Echo. These lakes offer the best chances locally to own a nice lakehouse in the $200k’s – $300k’s.
The amenities at 7LN are fantastic and include: a community pool, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, a community riding stable, playground and picnic areas.
WHAT ARE THE HOMES LIKE?
At 7LN, there’s a really wide range of housing options – from very small 1or 2 BR houses all the way up to 5 BR’s! The oldest homes in 7LN were built in the 1970’s, and building has continued since that time.
Here’s your best chance to own a lakefront home if your budget is under $300k. You can even find homes in the $200k’s on the lake. Occasionally, you can get a lakefront home for UNDER $200k – it might not be on the ideal lot on the largest lake – but hey, you’ll be on the water!!
WHY SEVEN LAKES NORTH?
The lakes are the main attraction, highlighted by Lake Sequoia at 220 acres and Lake Echo at about 90 acres, where boating is permitted. There are 6 other smaller lakes that are too small for power boating, but offer opportunities like fishing and paddling.
There’s also a community swimming pool and a tennis center. As a resident, you get access to the lakes including picnic areas and boat launch locations. If you are a horse lover, the community offers a community riding area with a small community barn. Finally, the Seven Lakes Country Club is right across the road if you are a golfer!
