Summerfield at Arrowstone

Summerfield at Arrowstone is a new subdivision of homes built beginning in about 2011. It’s right next the original Arrowstone neighborhood, where the homes are only slightly older. Summerfield is also in the Farm Life School District.

It’s located right beside Arrowstone on the “Southern Pines Side” of Whispering Pines, close to Reservoir Park and the Harris Teeter shopping area.

WHAT ARE THE HOMES LIKE?

Homes in this community are generally built by larger scale homebuilders.  As a general rule, they are roughly the same size as homes in Arrowstone (on avergage).
Prices are slightly less across the board. Homes range from 3 – 5 Bedooms, with most homes having 4; and they range in price from about $285K to about $340K.

WHY SUMMERFIELD AT ARROWSTONE?

Proximity to the Greenway trail system and Reservoir Park. Plus, it’s not very far to the boat launch areas for a couple of the lakes in Whispering Pines!

Arrowstone has quiet streets where you see a lot of folks out walking – and we’d have to say that the best amenity is your neighbors! It’s also very convenient to the local Greenway Trail system.

Closest Grocery Store and Shopping Areas – There is a Harris Teeter supermarket is less than 5 mins away.  Ace Hardware is also close by – in fact it is across the road from the Harris Teeter shopping center.
