Thank you, for showing me so many homes and persuading me to buy such a beautiful home in Beacon Ridge/Seven Lakes West. I can’t believe it’s been just over a month since I moved into my new home. I absolutely love the stunning water views of Lake Auman! It has been such a delight that many of my wonderful new neighbors have stopped by to welcome me to Beacon Ridge, some of whom shared friendship bread and delicious homemade sweet goods.
It can’t be left unsaid that you were more than instrumental in obtaining last-minute inspections, a surveyor, and a closing attorney for our “unheard of”nine-day marathon race from contract to closing. I also truly appreciate the kindness and friendship that you and your husband have extended to me; not to mention the fact that you both came over a few days after closing to offer your chainsaw and labor to take a few small trees down. The lovely lunch you brought was fabulous as well, especially to a person who had been busily trying to put a dent in unpacking the huge amount of moving boxes that were towering us everywhere.
I could not have chosen a better real estate broker. I truly appreciate all that you have done for me and most especially the laughter and good times we have shared. I look forward to our continuing friendship.

We wanted to take a moment and thank both of you for your help and patience in getting us into this house. We would never have looked at a townhouse if you guys hadn’t pointed this one out to us….and it’s spectacular. We have a great view of the wide part of the lake without having to look at the causeway or beach club…..the view is better than the Canal Lane house…it feels like you are overhanging the water…..just beautiful. We had a very hard time going home which is highly unusual for us. We thought about “just chucking everything in Baltimore” and staying here. Three years and counting.
Hunter was wonderful to work with. Barry Coyle also installed our water heater (if you see him let him know the check is in the mail)……….everything is working fine and Barry was kind enough to follow-up the following day to make sure we had hot water…….people are so nice.
So, all in all, life is beautiful!!!
Also, we wanted to thank you for the gift bag, and the membership letters……..we loved the cookbook, the keychains are in use……..and a good friend of ours has already claimed the golf balls.

Gary and I could like to express our gratitude for all of your time and effort helping us to find our home. You always made a special effort to be available when we came into town and later showing us the newest listings with short notice. And, you were always there to give us support and encouragement. We also want to thank you for the house warming gifts of course the margarita mix was the first to go, with a toast to you for sure. The Moore County book sets proudly on our coffee table; and once we get the bathroom remodeled the custom soaps will have a place too.

They were organized and lined up several properties for us to see… all of which were within our budget. Jamie’s knowledge of the local market and her friendly upbeat attitude helped immeasurably! Having relocated to Southern Pines from out of state, I went to McDevitt for help in finding the perfect new home.
I found my sales agent, at McDevitt’s, to be extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in this area. She spent numerous evenings and weekends with me, in order to accommodate my work schedule, and was able to show me a large selection of properties which would suit my needs.
With the help of my agent at McDevitt’s, I was able to find the home I was looking for in a wonderful neighborhood on a golf course, which was convenient to work and shopping. I have continued to be very happy with the decision I made to purchase this property. All of the staff at McDevitt’s were incredibly helpful and wonderful to deal with during my home buying experience and guided me every step of the way.
